I’m Pav — a Life Coach, Executive Coach, and Wellbeing Practitioner based in London. The purpose of Panna is to guide the human experience, and my personal mission is simple: to empower people to create happier, more fulfilling lives.
At Panna, I help clients bridge the gap between insight and action — because wisdom grows when we live it, not just think it. My coaching approach is growth-focused, backed by professional training and years of deep personal development. I’m certified through the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), one of the UK’s leading coaching institutions.

Why Panna
After years of working in high-performance environments, I felt a deeper need — a pull toward meaning, clarity, and inner growth. So I made the decision to step away from certainty and embarked on a solo odyssey across Asia, spread out over three years. That journey changed everything. It revealed a truth that now guides my coaching philosophy: wisdom comes through experience. That’s the foundation of Panna.
Fusing Eastern spiritual and wellbeing philosophies with Western psychological and developmental principles, I offer a holistic coaching approach that harmonises self-awareness with human experience.
And to be honest — I’m not your typical coach. I’m not here to sell you the idea that you’ll master your mindset, hit every goal, and find eternal happiness. That’s not how life works — and that’s not me. What I offer is honest, human coaching. A space for depth, reflection, and real movement.

How many sessions will I need?Coaching isn’t designed to last forever — it’s a focused, intentional process. Most clients work with me for 6 to 12 sessions, depending on the depth of their goals. Sessions are usually held fortnightly, giving you space between conversations to reflect, apply insights, and take meaningful action. Because coaching is goal-oriented, you’ll typically notice progress as we go — and once you’ve reached clarity or resolution, our work naturally comes to a close. Coaching isn’t something to get stuck in for years. It’s a catalyst for change, not a crutch.
